A connection is required in order to use our accounting API functionality.

This endpoint provides the option to reactivate a deleted accounting connection
instead of creating a brand-new connection if the user passes the "reactivate" parameter.
This is useful if the user registered accounting fields in a previous connection
and doesn't want to re-register those fields again.
